We can confirm as with every year that we will be on a 2 week shutdown over Christmas. Every year at this time, our team take a much deserved break meaning that no investigations will be conducted in a physical manner, however, work will still be carried out in he background to ensure our systems are up to date.
During the shutdown, which begins on the 23rd December, any reports can still be submitted and will be added to the appropriate unit and the relevant teams will pick them up in January 2026 when investigations resume.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those that have submitted cases during 2025 and we look forward to working on many more during 2026. We remain committed to serving the public in the capacity that we do and 2026 will see some brand new features that we hope will make things easier to submit reports plus we’ll alo be introducing a new live chat feature on our website to help people directly. On top of that, 2026 will also see the launch of our brand new store and will also expand on the services that we currently offer.
