The Paranormal Investigations Unit (PIU) specialises in the following areas:

• Paranormal
• Demonology
• Occults
• Mythological
• Folklore

All specified areas are investigated and subjected to research by our agents. All reports are treated with the strictest of confidence and are kept under confidential conditions known as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) until investigation has been concluded. It is at this point it may be disclosed for public interest.

Each case submitted is automatically assigned for analysis before any decision is made to conduct a full investigation. All concluded cases are then released for public interest upon authority of a Senior Agent, unless in special circumstances where it is agreed that a non-disclosure agreement remains active to protect client interest. All evidential contribution including film, photographic or voice recorded evidence will be subjected for evidential modification as part of our investigative process and may also be subject to copyright protection.

The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) specialises in the following areas:

• Missing Persons
• Cold Cases
• Private Investigations
• Skip Tracing

Missing Persons

All reports are assigned for analysis before commencement of investigation. Detailed and accurate information is required for the appeals process to commence. The appeals package will contain the following:

• Informative sharable poster
• Formal appeal in style of video and statement on website and social media
• Appeal video that is shared across all social media
• Live show appeal (podcast/other)
• Formal investigation to which an agent may be assigned

Cold Cases

These are only undertaken if authorities have officially closed such cases. Using publicly disclosed information and authority granted access to information, agents will use a process called fresh approach to re-examine cases. Appeals process may also be used for the purpose of new information. Any information gathered will be sent to authorities for further investigation and if this stage is reached our involvement will cease.

Private Investigation

Conducted by specially trained agents, we are pleased to offer a range of private investigative areas which include the following:

• Cyber (including revenge)

All cases of private investigation are strictly confidential and subjected to non-disclosure agreements between both parties. Any case suspected of criminal activity will be passed to the relevant authorities for further investigation.

This service is set to launch later in the year but has been added already.

The Historical Investigations Unit (HIU) specialises in the following areas:

Exploration
Scientific studies
Research
Historical Events

This unit is focused on the historic aspects of the world using scientific methods to study artifacts as well as introducing its new exploration stage which will document any and all explorations conducted by the bureau.

Any archaeological finds are passed on for further analysis to establish validation before it is released for public interest. Any finds deemed significant will be passed to relevant museums for the sole purpose of public interest.

This unit also acts as a research hub to all other units that may require any assistance in specific areas of interest during investigation. Al research aid is subjected to confidential conditions and all information will not be shared with any third parties unless required to do so. Research information is not released to public interest until investigation is concluded and warranted for disclosure by a senior agent.

This unit forms of ufologists and researchers, also known as special agents, with the sole purpose of gathering reports and documents related to all UFO phenomena. Reports can also change status to cases where active investigation is warranted.

This unit also deals with crop circles and all other UFO related subjects. All information within this unit can be disclosed publicly at any time unless special circumstances prevent us from doing so such as government interference.

This unit will record and monitor all reports of UFO activity and can be added to our database at any given time.

This unit actively deals with all reports of cryptid activity both historical and current. Specially trained agents will always investigate reports and treat each report as a case.

This unit conducts physical investigations on most reports and actively use scientific methods and research based investigation in order to compile reports as accurately and informatively as possible. All cases are also subject to public domain via official reports and updates.

This unit actively investigates all cryptids on its database and may also log any newly unidentified subjects with the backing of scientific research.

This is a strictly classified unit including specialised areas of investigation and interest. No information is shared with any third party. It’s sole purpose is to gather information, scientific studies which may include experimentation and various other activities that are all under classified conditions. This unit does however abide by laws set by governing bodies.

Other units may submit cases to this unit upon request and have been deemed not to be of public interest at its early stage of investigation. Agents of this unit may also revoke cases from other units if deemed appropriate. Information may only be released for public interest only if agreed upon by senior members of staff.

Agents can only join this unit upon invitation based on credentials and performance within the bureau. New applicants that wish to join the bureau will also be restricted to the terms of this unit.

This unit may also overrule any concluded investigations from other units without warning, or can change and update any information if deemed appropriate before public release of interest.

The new Anti-Scam Unit deals with various scams and online scammers with a new team that has been assigned to deal with such cases. The aim is to disrupt, monitor and secure prosecution for those committing scams.
