With the recent news that the Historical Investigations Unit will be closing this week, it has been reported that a new unit will now be heading our way. The new Creative Productions Unit will be making it’s way and it has everyone excited, but exactly what is this unit and what will it be doing?
The new CPU will be charged with all creative aspects of IBPIR, including social media content. It will be charged with the creation and continuation of shows on YouTube and other outlets and will play a key role in what we produce. This will also include what content we produce on our website.
Having this particular unit means that we are able to plan ahead with the type of content that we put out for our audience, by constantly conducting research into what people want to see and where they want to see it. It also means that content will be scheduled even further ahead of time to ensure that the audience is getting what they want.
A statement was also given.
“This is an exciting move forward, because this unit, the CPU, which also runs the rights for IBPIR productions for our YouTube content, will be able to offer more, plan ahead more, and more importantly, work with our audience to provide the kind of content that they actually want to see. This is an exciting addition to the IBPIR family and it will also take the pressure from its current creative directives.”
The CPU is expected to up and running this week and will be making major announcements on future shows and content.
