The worldwide phenomena known as The Hatman is sparking fears across the world as sightings of this dark entity are on the increase. Over the past few years, sightings have increased dramatically and almost all reports are similar in description.
The Hatman is described as being a tall, dark figure that wears a very distinctive hat, with reports that a very negative energy surrounds it. To date, no one has been able to confirm what exactly this entity is or what it may want. It’s current purpose is yet to be discovered but it seems that reports show no signs of slowing down. IBPIR have announced an official second investigation into this.
The first investigation was initially shut down due to safety concerns during the investigation where multiple agents reported negative feedback and felt that they could not carry on with the investigation. It was decided back in 2021 that the case would cease until further notice. Today, confirmation was given that the case would be re-opened for a second investigation to which extreme caution will be enforced to ensure the safety of all agents investigating.
