We have now introduced a new way to report anything to us. This week, we updated our systems to make it simpler to report to us by introducing a universal page. Previously, all reporting was done separately, however after careful review, it was decided that a new universal page would be created to give users a better experience when submitting reports to us.
Now, everything is on one page along with the reporting form, to make it easier for everyone to utilise. We are committed to serving everyone from around the globe and the easier we can make our systems the better for everyone.
This change will now remain in place and will not be changing again in the future. New features may be possibly added at a future date, but everything surrounding the way you report will stay the same.
