Over the years the Bureau has investigated a fair amount of cases, but one has always stood out to be one of the most disturbing cases ever to grace the Bureau, the 2012 entity case.
At the end of 2011, a disturbing report had come in claiming that some form of demonic entity had been terrorising a family for many years. The family were that of a mother and son who claimed that the entity had been seriously harming the mother.
After initially review, in early 2012, two agents were sent to physically investigate the case, however what they discovered as far more concerning than initially thought. After numerous interviews, the agents were tasked with setting up various equipment to try and determine what the cause was. What they found next, was truly and deeply disturbing.
The mother had claimed that the entity had been physically harming her, even to the point of sexual physical harm. It was at tis point the agents decided to concentrate their efforts into the area where most of the activity took place, which was one of the main bedrooms upstairs. The agents carefully set up a highly advanced IR camera as well as various electronic voice recorders to try and detect the entity, but what happened was truly shocking.
The monitoring station, which was set up downstairs in the kitchen area, was being carefully studied, and after just a couple of hours, something happened. A dark black mist began to form into a manifestation in front of the main bedroom before vanishing from the cameras view, and as the agents began to celebrate their capture, it turned out that all recordings had somehow became disabled, meaning that the evidence was literally taken from them, but, it was a basic voice recorder that made an even more disturbing find.
Upon retrieval, the recording picked up a distorted deep voice stating the words, “I’m gonna get you bitch.” It was a moment no one was ever expecting. The recording was reviewed multiple times and was deemed as official evidence in the case, however, things were about to get even more disturbing.
The family reported multiple attacks over the next few months resulting in scratches, burns and unexplained marks, and the attacks kept coming. The agents, feeling like they had exhausted all avenues of investigation, referred the family to a local priest who was tasked with a cleansing of the home, but this fell to no effect, and after several attempts, the entity still remained.
After much deliberation, it was decided that the case was too dangerous to be investigated further, and after another referral, which also failed, the case was terminated.
To date, we sadly report that the mother had passed away, and the son had recently moved to a new area, where after a follow up, claimed that the activity had ceased. It was from this point that the Bureau officially deemed it as some form of attachment to the mother, possibly an old friend or family member that had become consumed with dark energy.
Since 2012, the Bureau has introduced many new measures to ensure all investigations remain safe.
