2026 Line Up

After a very successful summer/autumn of investigations, the bureau have announced it’s plans for 2026 in which the Paranormal Investigations Unit (PIU), will be active.

Plans for 2026 include:

Cannock Chase – A week long investigation into the reports of spiritual activity, UFO activity and bigfoot activity. The investigation is set to take place next summer with a team of between 15-20 team members to camp within Cannock Chase and split into 2/3 teams to cover the wide area. Plans also include both daytime and night-time investigations.
Paris Catacombs – A weekend (Friday – Monday) is planned for Spring/Summer where the PIU and SIU will investigate the mysterious disappearance of a Youtuber who went missing in the restricted parts of the Catacombs to try and re-trace his steps and determine what he was running away from. His camera was found after he was reported missing some years ago, which show the Youtuber dropping the camera and running away into the darkness, however, the camera recorded for some hours after the incident however it did not show anything pursuing the man which has lead to a lot of speculation.
Loch Ness Lake – Plans are in place for a team from the PIU to attend a weekend investigation into the myth surrounding the Loch Ness Monster, however, the team will be performing a reverse investigation to which they will attempt to prove that the Loch Ness Monster does NOT exist and is nothing more than a tourist attraction. The investigation is set for the 2026 Summer.
Castle Visits – Plans are in place throughout the year of 2026 to which various teams will visit and investigate castles all over the United Kingdom. This will include both daytime and night time investigations.
Sherwood Forest – The legendary forest will be the subject of a PIU investigation which is set for Spring/Summer. It is expected that the investigation will take place over the course of a week.
Pembrey WW2 Facilities – The 5 year long investigation will continue into 2026 through the year and the PIU will team with the CIU to help locate and identify a hidden bunker which is set to be complete with a train that was completely hidden by the former RAF base. Theories suggest that the train may hold important key documents and artifacts that may be of public interest.
Jurassic Coast – An expedition is expected to take place in the Summer/Autumn which will be lead by the SIU to gather fossils to scientific research.
River Thames – For the first time ever, the SIU will be visiting the famous London river to gather artifacts of interest during a week long expedition. This is set to take place between Spring/Summer.
The USA tour – The US team from the PIU will conduct their first ever paranormal tour of the US which will see the team visiting various locations of paranormal interest. You can expect a lot of content to come from this tour.
The Abandoned Tour – This tour will take place in both the US and UK which will involve the PIU and SIU to explore abandoned places for that urbex experience which may also include paranormal investigations. The tour will take place over the entire year during all seasons.
Japan Forest – The infamous forest known as suicide forest is set to take place for 2026/2027 which will feature all units (PIU,SIU &CIU) to document the culture and the forest and discover why so many feel they need to enter this location with no intention of coming back out. The entire operation is set to be funded by a private company, however, a set date has not been set.
